What counts as an agent action log?

Every call to log_agent_action or log_agent_decision counts as one log. Registration and approval calls do not count against your log quota. Most production AI agents generate between 5 and 30 logs per workflow.

What's the difference between advisory and audit?

Advisory is regulatory guidance. Ask Truveil what applies, get back senior-advisor analysis with primary-source citations. Audit is runtime instrumentation. Connect your agent, get back grade-level evidence trails regulators and procurement teams can act on. Advisory is free with every account. Audit instrumentation is included in every tier, starting with 500 logs per month on Free.

Is there a free trial of audit?

Yes. The Free tier includes 500 audit logs per month, one registered agent, and 5 watermarked reports. Enough to evaluate the audit reports and dashboard before committing to a paid tier at launch.

Can I move between tiers?

At public launch, yes. Upgrade and downgrade at any time, with quotas resetting on the first of each month. During beta, cohort members use Truveil free and listed pricing takes effect at launch.

What happens if I exceed my quota?

At launch, Starter and Growth tiers carry a 25% soft overage, so your audit trail does not break mid-month. Sustained overage triggers a tier upgrade conversation. During beta, quotas are not enforced.
